Double Intention: Business impact and Workforce Well-being

My experience as a hotel general manager followed by 15 years as a global HR Director for two of the world´s largest international humanitarian organizations (MSF - doctors without borders- and NRC - Norwegian Refugee Council -) have given me the business acumen, the organisational perspective and the project lead experience necessary to approach complex challenges.


To support my HR leader mission of taking care of people while impulsing change, I have obtained a co-active coaching certification (CTI) and an organisational and relationship coaching certification (ORSC). I have experienced how the coaching and mentoring approaches have empowered individuals to take an active role in creating better solutions for them, for their relationships, in life and at work.

Building Fulfilling Workplaces

During my professional life, I have met many transformational challenges. They made me realize that creating happier work lives while serving our organization´s objectives is a powerful combination, worth putting a lot of effort into.

Today, I am driven by the strong conviction that we hold our future in our own hands, that our working environments can be fulfilling places and can better represent the population it serves.

Leaders as change agent

In 2022, I left my leader job and my employee status to start my entrepreneurial life. I was seeing how organisations, profit or non profit, were struggling in face of disruptive mutations. To me, organisations need to embrace the new normal where people become an essential part of the transformation equation.

I created By Intent to support those organisations ready to act deliberately, in the alignment of their values, and in the best interest of business, of people, and of the world around.

  • Female Ascent, a ready to release Leadership program to train and mentor more women, more diverse women into their authentic leadership, within a supportive network.
  • The Female Ascent Initiative consultancy to guide organisations creating the change needed for gender equity in leadership. You can start the initiative with the Inspiration and Orientation Workshop.
  • Mentor Lab offering à la carte services, form consultancy to development and supervision to impulse trust, coaching and mentoring practices into the leadership culture.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Consultancy to clarify gaps and priorities and transform them in goals and action plans.
