Having operated as a business manager before becoming a global HR director, I value business performance as much as I deeply care for people. As a coach and an organisational coach, I don't have a frame on how anyone or any organisation should be or not. I value differences and I search for potential.
Over my carreer, I have initiated, led and refined programs to promote more women in leadership and to install mentoring. I grew a conviction, a passion for it. And created By Intent in 2022.
