The Initiative Workshop is suited for HR or management teams. It is often initiated by HR executives. To give a broad perspective, I recommend to invite important stakeholders.
During the workshop, we will co-create 2 or 3 documents that will be your deliverables: the Female in Leadership MAP and your "More Women in leadership" Intention Platform and Next Step . you´ll also receive the inspiration slide deck.
We offer variants of the Initiative workshop. The longer the session, the deeper we can explore your existing policies and leadership culture. We will discuss this during our call.
The "Finally rise more women leaders" Initiative Workshop is a specific service and also a possible first step for Female Ascent Consultancy or Female Ascent Add-On Leadership Program. This is the best way to get started as there is not a one size fits all approach to enabling more women leaders.
To prepare our call, you´ll receive an email asking you to write some lines with your questions or project or other information you might find useful to help me prepare for the call.
